About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage the Nursing and Allied Health portfolio.
The position is responsible for leading and managing the Nursing and Allied Health business streams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. This role focuses on the delivery of contemporary allied health and nursing care, staff development, achieving service targets, supporting organisational transitions, and driving innovation to establish market leadership. The Manager will develop sustainable growth strategies for staffing and service footprint while fostering a collaborative and effective management team.
Key Duties
- Provide leadership and support to the management team, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment.
- Stabilise current service needs and staffing, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.
- Develop and implement training and support plans for clinical staff to aid their development, education, and retention.
- Assist in the redesign of the current organisational structure to optimise the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve key service targets for funded programs (CHSP and STRC) and expand internal service provision within our HCP customer base.
- Create and execute a growth plan for the next 12 months to improve performance and align with future design for SAH.
- Build a sustainable model for staffing and footprint growth, ensuring long-term viability and success.
- Support the transition to SAH, new funding models, and innovative ways of working.
- Develop and introduce new and innovative products in Nursing and Allied Health to grow our footprint and establish market leadership.
About you
You are passionate about continuing to grow your career in the Management and In Home Care space. You will ideally bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing clinical care teams aged care, with a proven ability to provide strategic direction and support to achieve high-quality care delivery.
- Professional AHPRA registration in a related discipline (Nursing or Allied Health).
- Strong background in developing and implementing training programs for clinical staff, with a focus on education, professional development, and retention strategies.
- Proven track record in achieving service targets, particularly in funded programs (CHSP and STRC).
- Experience in developing and executing growth plans to expand service offerings and market presence.
- Experience in managing organisational transitions, including the adoption of new funding models and innovative service delivery methods, with a demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic planning skills, with the ability to create and implement sustainable growth strategies for staffing and service footprint, ensuring long-term organizational success and market leadership.
