Admin Assistant/receptionist

Instinct Health are expanding, and we are looking for YOU to join our admin team. We now have positions available for part-time admin and reception roles We are an allied health clinic (Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning Massage) and operate 6 days per week Monday-Saturday.

Instinct Health have been in Camberwell for over 4 years and seen steady growth in that time. We now have 5 physiotherapists and offer Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning and Massage services in addition to our physiotherapy appointments.

We want a great, fun and energetic person to be the face of our clinic. Greeting clients and making their experience great is first and foremost the biggest asset you can offer to this role. If you are someone who likes chatting to clients, presenting a smiley, happy persona and helping our clinical staff then you will be a great fit for us Experience in medical or allied health is preferred, but certainly not mandatory If you are a physiotherapy, podiatry or other allied health student, this might be just for you to get a foot in the door and experience what life can be like behind the scenes

**About the role**:
We have multiple roles available - offering up to 16 hours per week of work, or as little as 4 hours depending on you and your availability. The role will comprise all things reception:

- Managing therapists' diaries with booking of clients and taking appointments
- Accepting phone calls
- Taking clients payments
- Being “the face” of the Instinct Health brand
- General admin and cleaning tasks
- Familiarise yourself (with training, of course) in NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe
- Capacity to be involved in local area marketing, social media presence and much more

The role may require Saturday morning work, and one or two evening shifts per week. Availability on these days will be required.
