Calling all passionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse Diabetes Educators SA Health is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part-time, Ongoing Clinical Nurse Diabetes Educator for Inpatients at the Adelaide Hills Community Health unit within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
