Due to our continued growth we have a newly created opportunity for a Territory Service Manager to join our team and manage a team of Field Service Technicians. To be successful in this role, you will possess previous team management experience and the ability to continue growing your team to deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of Field and site based Service Technicians

  • Manage budget requirements to ensure targets are achieved

  • Continuously seek improvements to drive efficiency, profitability and productivity in our processes and customer experiences

  • Attend review meetings with customers as required

  • Identify and implement business initiatives and strategies to grow revenue and gross margin

  • Implement and drive regular meetings with Service Technicians in a collective and individual basis to support and monitor performance

  • Implement training and development initiative for Service Technicians when required

Requirements for success:

  • Experience in the material handling industry is preferred

  • Previous team management and leadership experience

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills – verbally and written

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&Ls and ability to implement improvement initiatives

  • Experience managing strong relationships and delivering high level of customer service
