Delivery Lead

  • Lead a delivery squad comprising Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure exceptional delivery outcomes
  • Mentor and enhance the technical and delivery skills of team members
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold high engineering standards
  • Assist in planning the work roadmap with the Delivery Manager
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in software development leadership roles
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead, Agile Team/Squad Lead, or Engineering Manager
  • Preferred expertise in Customer, Billing, or CRM domains
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs of work
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
