About the Role

Are you ready for the next step in your retail management career? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Surry Hills Outlet.

*This is a Full time 38 hour role working from Sunday- Thursday 

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
  • Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
  • Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
