About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Bankstown Outlet.


  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets
  • Maintain store operations including stock management and VM, including high volumes of stock
  • Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to coach a team through strong product knowledge and a passion for selling
  • Previous experience in people management is ideal
  • This is a parttime 36.5 hour per week role, 5 days per week 38 hours for 3 weeks of the month and 32 hours on the 4th week of the month
