About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Bankstown Outlet.*
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM, including high volumes of stock
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to coach a team through strong product knowledge and a passion for selling
- Previous experience in people management is ideal
- This is a part-time 36.5 hour per week role, 5 days per week - 38 hours for 3 weeks of the month and 32 hours on the 4th week of the month
