Witchery - Full Time Stylist - Chadstone - VIC

Be a part of something unique. We are looking for an experienced Stylist to provide an elevated and tailored styling experience in store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will be responsible for building strong rapport with every client through meeting their styling needs and coaching and developing our teams to inspire and build styling capability.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer styling needs through awareness of lifestyle, body shapes and purchase history to help meet desired outcomes
- Understand and embrace each Witchery collection and bring it to life in store for our customers and team by knowing the inspiration, the key trends, the colour palette and product knowledge
- Be a true brand ambassador through personal styling and presentation to inspire customers and the broader Witchery team
- Draw upon styling proficiency to offer a one-on-one styling in store experience with each customer, styling for any occasion
- Actively seek current and upcoming style trends and offer knowledge to customer to inspire outfitting options
- Book and manage one on one styling appointments with customers
- Base level understanding of financial reports, such as top sellers, to support with customer styling
- Provide regular support to coach and develop internal store teams in styling knowledge and capability to inspire and educate, both face to face and virtually
- Build customer loyalty through focus on the loyalty program and developing long term relationships with customer through ongoing and tailored communication
- Maintain fitting rooms in line with brand standards to ensure an elevated area for a maximised styling experience
Attributes you possess
- Experience as a retail Stylist or similar role in the retail fashion industry
- Qualification in fashion styling, or similar is preferred
- Strong knowledge of style trends in fashion
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional customer service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong, genuine customer relationships
- Ability to work within a team and support operations when needed
