Some of the specifics

  • Telstra Store Chadstone- Shop B103 Chadstone Shopping Centre 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148
  • Full Time Position Available
  • Store Hours: Monday- Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm, Thursday- Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm


Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards


Skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
