We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager - Digital to lead our digital acquisition strategies for Talent Recruitment and Sales Lead Generation. This strategic role will focus on enhancing our workforce through targeted recruitment efforts and driving sales leads for our various operational units, including Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and Veteran Services.

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager - Digital, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital media campaigns to drive recruitment and sales outcomes.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to test and optimise creative executions for maximum ROI.
  • Qualify and manage leads to support our recruitment and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital acquisition marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and conversion tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach and a passion for digital marketing.
  • Experienced in managing digital marketing budgets and optimising for ROI.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a 'hunter' mentality and a commitment to achieving business goals.
