Your impact

At Weel, our Account Executives pride themselves on being product experts who focus on closing deals the right way, ensuring they set up our customers for success.

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in our mid-market segment. You'll be a results-oriented sales professional with a knack for closing deals.

Our AEs are strategic partners not only to our customers but to our internal leadership team, helping to shape our product to achieve 10x growth.

What we're looking for..

-Proven ability to drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets for the mid-market segment
-Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
-Experience in identifying new business opportunities within the mid-market segment utilising a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
-Experience handling longer, more complex sales cycle, building and maintaining trust and engagement with customers 
-Skills in negotiating complex pricing and terms of business, engaging relevant internal stakeholders and influencing the customer decision
-Expertise in CRM systems (ideally Hubspot) for managing leads, tracking sales activities and analysing customer trends
-Collaboration cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product and customer success to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
-Personal drive and passionate energy, with a focus on achieving impactful results and prioritising the customer’s needs.
