Requirements
Experienced in managing a large team of very bright engineers building highly scalable, performant SaaS applications with outstanding success.
Have experience in managing people managers.
Experience defining and executing on a technology strategy.
Creating an environment where Engineering, Design, Operations, UX and Product Management work together cohesively as a single unit.
Nurturing and innovating a product with a long history.
Must simultaneously encourage sustaining activities as well as innovation and change.
Experience working in Agile product development process.
Has adopted, implemented, and/or adjusted agile processes such as XP, Scrum and Kanban.
Knows when to ask tough questions about projects.
Comfortable debating ideas with both developers and non-technical people
