You will take ownership of the front of house team including to ensure its smooth operation. Extensive knowledge and experience in restaurant service styles highly desirable.
Your main duties include and not limited to:
Managing and supervising all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of
house staff. Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Managing
and tracking inventory and ensuring that all products are available and in stock.
Developing and implementing restaurant policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and
efectiveness. Hiring, training, and scheduling of front-of-house staff, including servers,
bartenders, and hosts. Managing and tracking restaurant financials, including budgets,
revenue, and expenses.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a
Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, with experience in Asian
cuisine preferred. Excellent knowledge of wines and spirits.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to provide exceptional
customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
