The Opportunity

In this permanent full-time role, you will be providing support for our Sales Professional and broader sales team, whilst also playing a significant role in the Customer Journey. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Customer Service, Administration and Sales Support. An opportunity to join a successful team and grow into a career with Stockland.

Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Monday – Friday.

What are we looking for?

  • A customer focus is what drives you – you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate and will bring your customer service experience with you
  • Experience and delivery of high-quality administrative tasks and activities
  • An interest in driving sales
  • Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively and well organised
  • You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
  • You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
  • Open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career
  • You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver’s licence
  • Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous but not essential
