Reporting to the Dealer Principal, with your vibrant communication and organisation skills you will develop in the profession of Administration by providing the complete customer experience. This position could suit a recent school leaver or someone with existing administration and reception skills. We welcome all to apply for the new and exciting position and are prepared to offer a traineeship where required.

Located in the beautiful wine and tourism region of Clare, South Australia, Mid North Motor Company is a highly successful and long established Mazda Dealer in New and Used vehicles.

What are we looking for?

To achieve success in this position we are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills capable of working efficiently in a team environment.

Our business is expanding and we are looking for someone with enthusiasm to commence their career in administration, or someone with already learned skills and experience. In your role you will support the Administration Officer, the general sales team, and the service team with administration and reception tasks.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • general accounts support, telephone communication, emails, filing, mail collection, general administrative paperwork and document creation.

You are someone who will thrive on giving our internal stakeholders and customers a great experience and will have a passion or interest for the automotive industry.

If you are unfamiliar with the automotive industry, we want to teach you. For this role, you will also need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and enthusiasm to seek success in your career development.

A current drivers licence is required. Previous experience in administration would be an advantage but not essential.
