**The Role**
An established multi-generational family business is looking for two passionate cropping operators who will each have their individual focuses within the cropping plan - one concentrating on machinery operation and mechanical maintenance and the other working directly with the agronomist and maintaining the health of the crops.

Both roles will require previous cropping experience in similar roles and will see varying levels of responsibility provided. Working within a team of 6-12, depending on the season, staff are involved in the operation of a modern fleet of farming and transport equipment, mainly comprising of John Deere, Claas, Krone and Kenworth Trucks.

Employment for partners in Administration positions may also be available.

**The Offer**

- Experience in similar roles
- Substantial cropping and mechanical knowledge
- Machinery operation and mechanical aptitude
- Interest in agronomy and crop health
- Chemical certificate
- HC or MC licence
- Strong time management, organisational and communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Collaborative
