Our client is a Crypto Brokerage based in the leafy inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne CBD. Due to growth of the organization, they are seeking an Junior Accountant to come on board on a fulltime basis.

The Role
You will be reporting directly into Financial Accountant and you will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end
  • Assiting the development of cashflow and budgeting
  • Journal entries
  • Working with external auditors to provide the relvan documentation
  • Ad-hoc projects and business analysis

The Candidate

  • Proven track record in a similar role with audit experience desirable
  • 2-3 years experience using Oracle NetSuit
  • Intermediate to advanced in a excel and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor of commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
  • Experience in Cryptocurrencies is advantageous
