**WHO ARE YOU?
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital advertising - including Google Ads, social media, native advertising and more. You have at least 1 year paid media experience working in a digital agency like ours.

You’re super organised and possess a high attention to detail across all work. You contribute to positive team morale, work well in a team and you’re committed to delivering positive results for clients.

Past experience managing social media and SEM ads is a bonus, but not a requirement. You are keen to learn and develop your skills, working alongside a Digital Marketing Team who are Subject Matter Experts in their field.

**WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The Junior Paid Media Specialist supports the Paid Media offering at Revium.

You will assist the Paid Media Manager in managing and optimising campaigns across PPC (Google Ads / Microsoft Ads) Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), Display Media, Native Advertising and other channels.

This role reports to the Lead Paid Media Manager.

**Your key responsibilities include:
- Set up, test, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns across all paid channels.
- Own campaign performance results.
- Assist the Paid Media Manager with reporting for all paid channels.
- Manage client expectations, competing deadlines and client requests.
- Regularly review all media costs and ensure they are correct.
- Contribute to the delivery of outstanding business outcomes for Revium clients from, or influenced by, paid media campaigns.
- Support the digital marketing team to deliver digital marketing performance reports for clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, strategies and innovation in paid media.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, forecast results and keep the team updated on your success and learnings.
- Assist with other channels as required - notably paid outreach, campaign management and SEO.
- Undertake necessary training to be able to perform expected tasks.
- Create campaign invoices.
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Ability to work as part of a team and promptly escalate any issues to management.
- Adhere to company and standards, guidelines & procedures.
- Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.

**WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?
- At least 1 year paid media experience working in a digital agency
- Professional, outgoing and intelligent with a passion for digital advertising
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business)
- Current Australian resident that lives in Melbourne
- Past experience managing SEM ads (Google, Bing etc)
- Past experience managing advertising on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Self-motivated and contributes to positive team morale.
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Strong mathematics skills
- Excellent attention to detail in all work, including great written and spoken communication skills
- Takes a proactive approach to ongoing education/learning/skill development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
