The role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Print Operator to join our team in Silverwater You’ll play an integral part in the running and maintenance of our wide format printing machines including:

Managing and adhering to the print schedule. Ensuring the printing instructions for each job are understood and followed - accurate colour balancing, correct substrates and approved print quality is achieved. Material storage, handling and loading into the printers. Maintain compliance and participation in WHS programs to ensure the print department remains safe and clean at all times. Other ad hoc tasks as required.

The role works a day shift from 6am – 2.30pm (Monday – Friday) + OT as required and requires a high degree of flexibility during busy periods.

The Experience:

Full training and induction will be provided where you will learn the ropes buddying with our Senior team members however, previous experience in the print industry preferred, specifically in Wide Format / Grand Format Printing.

In addition, you will thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be able to work autonomously, using your initiative while working with minimal supervision. Good communication, tech savvy nature and compliance with WHS policies are also key to this role. You must also pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol check and reference checks.
