Job Description:We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cookie Picker and Packer. This role not only involves ensuring accurate and beautiful order packaging but also offers a unique opportunity for career growth, with the potential to become the main supervisor for our packing team.

Working hours 7:30am to 3:30pm, weekdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack cookies for individual gifting and wholesale orders.
- Pay close attention to picking slips and gift messages to ensure order accuracy.
- Handle delicate baked goods with care, preserving their appearance and quality.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare for future leadership by learning and understanding all aspects of the packing process.
- Must have computer competence to print orders and packaging when needed.
- From time to time, help out in the bakery during busy periods.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Delicate and careful when handling fragile items.
- Previous experience in a similar role or food handling is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
