About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
  • Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
  • Promote and advocate good health and treat every child's health as a top priority

Qualifications required

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children's services
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
  • Employee Working with Children Check

About the centre

With a holistic approach to early learning, Kororoit Creek YMCA Early Learning Centre has designed a range of exciting programs to nurture your child's social, physical and cognitive development.

Our dedicated and qualified childcare educators run a diverse and exciting mix of quality programs including:

  • Long day care
  • Pre-kindergarten
  • Four-year-old integrated kindergarten

Our centre is located on the grounds of Kororoit Creek Primary School in Burnside Heights, which gives us unique opportunities to develop school-readiness. It also offer parents a convenient one drop-off and pick-up location for children of all ages.
