As we grow, we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic
Early Childhood Educators to join our close-knit and supportive team in
Wheeler Heights, NSW.


As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will include the following:

  • Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
  • Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus on providing an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centrebased service
  • Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
  • Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong homeschool partnership program with the parents

What we are looking for

  • A completed Certificate III or (working towards) Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificates
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
  • A love for children and a desire to make childcare a longterm career
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to highquality care.
