Our client is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation looking for a Senior Experience Designer to come join their award winning team.

As the Senior experience designer, you will be a key part of defining, designing and delivering industry leading experiences for their 1.8 million members. 

The Opportunity:

  • You will be working closely with the experience design manager in their service design team leading & mentoring 2 designers across projects. 
  • You will also create end-to-end experiences across all channels (digital, contact centre and branches) that uplift member satisfaction.
  • Part of this role will be leading on projects but mostly hands on, someone who has lead a team previous would be ideal 
  • Full time position including hybrid working (2 days a week) in Sydney CBD

Requirements: 

  • 5 years + experience as a designer in a similar hybrid service design role
  • A strong understanding of HCD design methods and can balance business needs vs member needs.
  • Previous experience working on complex systems both internal and customer facing
  • Excellent stakeholder management as you will be involved in facilitating workshops through to creating lo-fi prototyping
  • Omni channel experience essential 
  • Strong understanding of design principles, HCD design methods, and design thinking
  • Strong customer research skills to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, gather customer insights, and understand user behaviours.
