Casual Chef Staff - Mitchell Park

Positions Available: 1x Chef 1x Kitchen Hand

Location: Mitchell Park

Required Availability:

  • Thursday and Friday: 5pm to 10pm
  • Saturday: 3pm to 10pm

Responsibilities for Chef:

  • Support head chef and bar staff where required
  • Prepare and cook meals as per the menu
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Assist with stock control and ordering

Responsibilities for Kitchen Hand:

  • Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Culinary qualifications preferred for Chef position
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
