Sales Consultant - Residential Builder

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join this growing team. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the journey of purchasing their new home. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from start to finish, suggesting enhancements to elevate the client’s lifestyle, and being the primary point of contact for prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with land agents and industry professionals.
  • Lead Management: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads and appointment requests.
  • Revenue Generation: Leverage uncapped commission opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Industry Experience: Background in the new homes sector is preferred, but related real estate sales experience will be considered.
  • Sales Drive: Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn and excel.
  • Customer Focus: Proactive approach to ensuring a high-quality customer journey.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively, even under pressure.
  • Autonomy: Capability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
