    Step into the role of Village Coordinator at Flinders Village and become the heartbeat of our community. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Retirement Living Manager to ensure seamless operations and unparalleled care for our seniors.

    What You'll Do:

    • Juggle various administrative tasks with finesse, from processing work orders to organizing events that keep our village buzzing.
    • Keep a keen eye on expenses, manage bookings, and provide top-notch support to residents and their families.
    • Act as a friendly liaison during the transition of residents, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth integration into Flinders Village.

    Your Toolkit:

    • Previous experience in retirement living, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
    • Masterful organizational skills, with a knack for time management and multitasking.
    • Tech-savvy? Perfect Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
    • A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is highly valued.
