Join our energetic Optical Sales team as a Vision Services Representative, where you'll be first point of contact for shaping exceptional partnerships As the key contact for all contract-related inquiries, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strategic retail relationships between EssilorLuxottica and our valued business-to-business partners. This role is all about seizing opportunities—identifying, analyzing, and driving growth—while ensuring our partners enjoy world-class customer experiences that set the global standard

 

Requirements for Success

  • Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for all incoming inquiries
  • Enhance client relationships through outstanding servicing, details project reviews and managing expectations
  • Engage with relevant Stakeholders to gather information on process, performance and execution to drive continuous improvement
  • Using SAP to maintain pricelists and item code creations
  • Resolve Point of Sale support concerning Third Party Contracts
  • Manage all enquiries or customer escalations received regarding Third Party Contracts in a timely manner via phone or email 
  • Assist and provide infomation to our Accounts team with resolution queries 
  • Update & maintain our current processes for our Third-Party accounts whilst identifying opportunities for automated solutions

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service position 
  • Strong communicator; both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Project management and strong organisational skills
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Accounting operations advantageous
  • Optical background highly desirable however we can provide training
