The Role:   
  
Source Security is continuing to expand, and we need a driven, customer-focused champion to join the brand-new team at our Brisbane store opening at the start of 2025. An immediate start is available, if desired. 
   
This is your chance to be part of a brand-new business from the ground up, showing the industry that a customer-first approach wins every time. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Lead customer interactions: Engage with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring all enquiries and requests are handled efficiently. 
  • Support sales success: Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales enquiries. 
  • Make friends with customers: Forge connections that last, focusing on relationships that go beyond just business transactions. 
  • Keep operations smooth: Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders. 
  • Be adaptable: Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store.

  • Experienced (desirable): Previous experience in sales or internal sales support within a wholesale environment is a plus but an unbeatable thirst for delivering best in class customer service will trump any experience or qualification. Hunger isn’t negotiable, we’ll train you on everything else
