About the role

The Supervisor - Asset supervises the site maintenance execution teams who service mobile fleet and equipment to deliver sustainable revenue through the safe and efficient delivery and allocation of vehicles, equipment and plant.

What you will be doing

Manages third party maintenance support vendorsDrives compliance to Maintenance Management plans for all assets in a subregion/areaMantains a regional contingency pool of assets/spares, delegated level of fiscal authorityEnsures all assets are within the Asset Life Cycle Management policyAdequately rostering their team and leave, keeping leave within allowable limitEnsure Team Leaders and teams are qualified, supported, and prioritsed to tasks within the region to provide best maintenance outcomes. Facilitates Management of Change. Ensures all Region repairs comply with purchasing requirements and budgetMentors the Maintenance Team in RegionResponsible for mobile support equipment replacement/sustainment Contributes to capital project deliveryEnsures all operational equipment has been Hazard Studied – actions completed before mobilisationProvides Field Measurement System SupportEnsure statutory licencing of mobile fleet

What you will bring

BAND F PEOPLE LEADER
* Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
* Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
* Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. 
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement. 
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Your qualifications

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
