SLR has a great opportunity within the APAC Finance Team for a motivated and competent Billings Administrator to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Project set up and review
  • Raising invoices daily/monthly
  • Investigate invoices for disparities and process of credits and adjustments
  • Maintaining account records
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Processing of timesheets
  • ad hoc analysis and reports

Skills and experience
Ideally you will also have the following attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coupled with relevant qualifications or working towards an appropriate qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills/multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Team player
  • Client service attitude
