About the role 

 
We have an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join the team. This role will see you collaborating with technical and functional teams in Digital to resolve defects, incidents and provide system improvements, as well as be responsible for the design and generation of reporting and dashboards to support the Procurement team, covering value delivery contract coverage, enablement, spend analysis and more.

You will also:

  • Establish and maintain data standards for Procurement managers and specialists to maintain accurate master data on Ariba Source to Contract modules
  • Be responsible for reporting on advanced spend diagnostic from multiple data sources, i.e. S4, Fraedom and Ariba supported by Ariba Spend Visibility module and PowerBI, providing insights and opportunities for assessment for tactical & strategic sourcing
  • Work on continuous improvement of GNFR S2P processes, close collaboration with Procurement, COCM and Finance to resolve cross-functional issues on the integrated platform
  • Determine, maintain and regularly review the commodity code hierarchy based on UNSPSC and collaborate with Finance to maintain GL mapping for the commodity codes
  • Be responsible for Procurement knowledge management artefacts, e.g. SharePoint, Intranet, SAP Ariba Guided Buying)
  • Maintain governance documents templates (i.e. CLC, Sub CLC and DoA) and take sub-CLC minutes 

About you and your skills 

Our ideal candidate will have developed project management skills, commercial and accounting acumen, and enjoy data driven storytelling through insights from complex datasets and reporting.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification, ideally with Commerce, finance, supply chain, digital or engineering
  • Intermediate to advanced functional knowledge of best in class, integrated SaaS Source to Pay solution, e.g. Ariba, Coupa
  • Experience in running source to contract activities in a cloud solution
  • Demonstrated experience in buying channel determination, contract and purchase order strategy and structure in SAP Ariba
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI and Ariba Reporting skills and ability to perform analysis and provide insights from complex datasets and reporting
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in data analysis including spend diagnostic and opportunities assessment, performance and compliance
