Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to join our team in a fast-paced beverage can manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and significant operational experience in complex, high-pressure manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment. Perform mechanically complex component change-outs, fault-finding, and rectifications to ensure continuous production flow. Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards and optimise production efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimise downtime. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work area.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-speed or continuous production settings. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform complex mechanical tasks, including component change-outs and fault rectifications. Technical trade qualifications will be viewed favourably, but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
