Transport Administration Assistant

As a administration assistant you will play a vital role in helping our client maintain business operations by ensuring all pay runsheets are up to date and accurate for both internal and contractor clients. In addition, you will handling incoming and outgoing calls, entering data with accuracy and navigating internal computer systems seamlessly.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Successful Applicants Require:

  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
    SAP Experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience within the transport industry desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while completing repetitive tasks
  • Pride yourself on providing a professional and timely service to meet internal deadlines
  • Full unrestricted Australian Work Rights
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple ongoing administrative tasks
