About the role

Reporting to the Director of People Services, this newly created role is the Global HRIS Business Lead for our Core HR Systems (Oracle HCM) – known internally as “myHR”.  This role sits in the HR function but works closely with the Technology Division and the Business to ensure efficient and effective use of this critical asset across TWE globally now and into the future.

  • Provide global subject matter expertise on the use of MyHR (Oracle HCM) at TWE
  • Support the business and technology to ensure the system is configured to meet business requirements.
  • Work alongside the HR & IT teams to determine what is possible and what is best practice.
  • Provide / oversee end user support, communications, and training.
  • Support vendor / 3rd party insights, ensuring timely, cost effective, and high-quality services.
  • Reporting, risk and control management, and data governance with regards to HR data & processes.

About you

With proven experience with Oracle’s HCM system and its use (and ideally some exposure to Oracle’s new Redwood UI), you will have developed expertise in HR systems and process delivery and the use of HRIS to deliver efficient HR processes.  (Especially in Australia & America.)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between Technology, HR, and the business.
  • Experience with HR systems transformation and/or implementations.
  • Good stakeholder management capability: able to achieve accepted outcomes where there are multiple and varied points of view.
  • Experience leading others – both directly and indirectly.
  • Learning agility.
  • Some experience in or exposure to Technology SDLC methodology.
  • Related professional qualifications and/or 7+ years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated examples of implementing system improvement recommendations.
