Full-time contract (38 hours per week, with some on-call responsibility) with a well known Not-for-Profit orgnisation in the housing and homelessness sector in Manoora.

You will:

  • Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of housing units in complex.
  • Coordinate service delivery for client outcomes and responsibility for the management and outputs of employees within the line management chain
  • Have effective leaderships skills
  • Demonstrate sound case management skills to support individuals with complex needs
  • Show keen analytical skills and the ability to work within relevant funding guidelines and agreements, legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Have a tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social sciences or a related discipline
  • Have a minimum five years' industry experience working with clients in crisis including holistic person-centred case management frameworks
  • Demonstrate program coordination and leadership skills, including human resources and financial management, quality assurance, risk management and reporting
  • Have well-developed interpersonal, communication, IT and organisation skills
  • Hold a Current Class C Drivers' Licence
