Manager, Rapid and Sustained Housing

THE ROLE
The Manager, Rapid and Sustained Housing leads the stewardship and oversight of existing homelessness programs that support rapid access to homelessness services and emergency accommodation. The Manager leads the delivery of existing programs that support people at risk of or having experienced homelessness to sustain their housing. The team manages centrally held homelessness contracts and is the primary point of reference for funded agencies and the department's Divisional areas.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Develop effective monitoring and quality improvement initiatives to meet the strategic directions for the delivery of existing homelessness services.
- Lead critical projects and continue to review processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and deliver better outcome for people at risk of or are experiencing homelessness.
- Prepare and present the implementation and delivery of service design initiatives.
