About The Role

This role reports to the General Manager and will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team. The Marketing Manager for our client will be instrumental in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to elevate the brands presence, boost customer engagement, and foster business growth.

This role will lead a skilled team and work closely with various departments to ensure consistency and coordination across all marketing channels. This hands-on role involves spearheading the development of the new online store, helping to drive revenue growth through the digital platform. This hybrid role can be based at any of our client's locations across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies, focusing on digital initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence while mentoring the marketing team.
  • Oversee e-commerce platform management, including product, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and events to engage the target market, managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ensure consistent visual presentation of the brand across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising to complement marketing campaigns and enhance customer experience.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce management within a retail setting.
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong project management capabilities, emphasizing meeting deadlines and delivering measurable outcomes.
