Your Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager of eCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of transformative digital initiatives. As part of the eCommerce team, you will have the opportunity to shape the way our customers interact with our brand online. This role is ideal for a proactive, driven individual who is eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of digital commerce. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will have the chance to make a tangible impact on the success of ARB’s digital future and help us deliver remarkable results for our customers online.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of ARB’s eCommerce project and upcoming digital initiatives.
  • Work with internal and external teams on task creation, sprint planning and management throughout the lifecycle of eCommerce & digital projects, including design, development, Integrations, testing, QA programs, and launch.
  • Organise and participate in regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings with internal/external teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met and communicate project progress to the GM of eCommerce.
  • Assist in creating scopes, project plans, timelines and necessary documentation for upcoming and in-flight digital projects and tasks.
  • Hands on approach to product and non-product content production that delivers a best-in-class online experience.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to support the eCommerce and Digital initiatives at ARB.
