Exciting Opportunity to join our dynamic Stores Department as a motivated Supply Officer

  • Ensure seamless stock availability across all departments through ordering, receiving and storage duties aligned with policies. 
  • Provide support to hospital departments, ensuring adequate stock availability. 
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving and storing stock and reconciling stock levels.
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and taking necessary steps. 

On-the-job training will be provided for this role.

About You

  • Previous supply/purchasing experience
  • Experience using SAP/other computerised inventory control system
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain good working relationships with others.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate from $29.82 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications.
