Working at Level 3 support, you will be prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else, but also joining a workplace where individuality and dedication are celebrated. 
As a Systems Engineer, you'll tackle complex issues with finesse while remaining open to assisting with more straightforward tasks. You'll be a crucial escalation point for both Level 1 and 2 support, ensuring clients receive great service. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly to tickets, ensuring adherence to client SLAs. 
  • Act as an escalation point for level 1 & 2 support, available in and out of working hours. 
  • Resolve daily and escalated issues efficiently. 
  • Create, update, and maintain user documentation. 
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach. 
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, both remotely and on-site. 
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. 
  • Demonstrate commitment to learning and taking on new responsibilities. 

 Key Experience 

  • Previous experience in a Level 3 support role. 
  • 3+ years of MSP experience. 
  • Proficiency in Active Directory & Server Administration. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365 (Office 365). 
  • Strong ticket logging experience. 
  • Familiarity with Office 365 project migrations. 
  • Competence in both Windows and Apple-based IT systems. 
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support processes. 
  • Watchguard Certification/experience (preferred). 
  • Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM & Datto BCDR (preferred). 
  • Good grasp of the ITIL framework. 
  • MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 certification preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Windows Server administration, networking, or virtualization technologies. 
  • Experience with Windows Hyper-V, VMware.

  • Own car and licence. 
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment. 
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
