Where you come in:

Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support for office requirements, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities include managing messages, appointments, correspondence, file maintenance, office supplies and equipment, and mail.

Fulfills administrative tasks and facilitates effective departmental operations.

Assists in the basic development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of the company.

Oversees routine administrative functions, such as document management and office supply procurement.

Has basic involvement in Facilities management and associated requirements.

Is involved in Environmental Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) and training programs at a basic level.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to streamline administrative processes and enhance departmental efficiency.

Participates in occasional project management tasks, contributing to the successful completion of administrative projects.

Administers travel and accommodation requirements with your preferred travel agency.

Successful experience in administrative roles, with a focus on providing comprehensive support to organizational functions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective interaction across various organizational levels.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of industry experience in comparable roles.
