Onboarding Logistics Coordinator

The Role
About our Team
The DMEL On-boarding team is responsible for the on-boarding of Naval Acquisition Projects and Maritime Enterprises into the Navy Logistics Information Systems (NLIS) and the Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM) Enabling Support System (including standardised processes, guidance, and governance) enabling cross class management of Naval Assets across the Capability Lifecycle.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills and a good understanding of logistics discipline.
Knowledge and experience with data and organisational change management (OCM) is highly desirable as is a strong customer service mentality; The ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships with customers, Subject Matter Experts and providers is essential to this role; Ability to quickly learn new logistic tools and assist customers with adopting them to business processes is paramount for this role; Experience in a similar role will be well regarded.
