About the role:

MPK is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our team in Well Camp, QLD. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader – Well Equipment Solutions, this position will provide a professional, efficient and reliable support service to both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the accurate delivery of materials and equipment for operational utilisation.

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is the responsible contact for warehouse activity within the Wellcamp facility, for all relevant Energy Services business units, with key objectives including:

  • Receive materials ensuring compliance against purchase orders, specification, industry and legislative requirements
  • Perform put-a-way, picking, packing and dispatch activities accurately and efficiently
  • Perform all system activities accurately and efficiently, in accordance with to MPK’s policies and procedures
  • Administer the warehouse process for refurbishment of inventory
  • Organise logistics for dispatch of materials. Where applicable, this will include the quoting process with the approved transport providers
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory held within the warehouse and undertake required stock taking activities (i.e. monthly inventory health checks and annual stock take)
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe environment, including clear identification of designated warehouse areas
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve order delivery discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner
  • Contribute to the execution of the overall supply chain strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

The successful candidate will ideally have 2 - 3+ years’ experience in a similar position with intermediate / advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & outlook. Relevant ERP experience – SAP, JDE, Pronto or Jobpac.
Hold a current forklift ticket and driver’s license. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication is necessary, along with time/deadline management & work planning skills.  You must be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
