Overview

Join a boutique corporate travel agency, where client relationships come first That pride themselves on delivering personalized travel solutions to small and medium enterprise (SME) businesses, helping them navigate their business travel needs with ease. The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong client relationships while expertly managing business travel arrangements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, offering expert advice and solutions for their travel needs.
  • Plan and book complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and solve travel issues, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide informed advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support team goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • A passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of SME business travel needs and challenges is a plus.

The Package:

  • 70 - 75k + Super
  • 2 days home based, 3 days in office
