The role:
With your enthusiasm for customer service and as the initial point of contact for visitors to Warrigal Mt Terry, you will deliver professional support and services to both customers and the broader community. In this dynamic role, you will excel in providing outstanding customer service, embrace the variety in your daily tasks, and demonstrate a strong ability to engage with people.
This role is a part time position offering weekend cover (10:00- 15:00 Saturday & Sunday).
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Weekend availability (10:00-15:00)
- Demonstrated experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skills
- Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in the area of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
- Current NSW drivers licence
