Customer Service Supervisor - Albion Park Rail

**About the opportunity**:
Our Customer Service Supervisor role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for the PGH products within the Albion Park Rail Selection Centre whilst providing oversight of the centre & leading a team of 2 x Customer Service Officers.
This position will be full time, Monday - Friday 830am - 430pm & will commence ASAP.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding product availability, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
- Manage and coordinate order allocations across the Illawarra region
- Lead Safety programs across the site
- Be the key interface within the internal Customer Service team
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and participate in discussion, providing input and sharing information e.g. Monthly Toolbox Talks, Team Meetings
- Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate.
- Provide regular updates to the Area Manager /Account Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues.
- Seek to respond and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

- Previous experience within a Customer Service position & within a Supervisory role
- Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers
- Proficient IT skills
- SAP experience
- Current forklift licence - ideal but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising).
