About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Barista/Duty manager to join our enthusiastic team.

What you will do:   

  • Taking customer orders and handling money 
  • Making all beverages (coffee, tea, frappes and other beverages)   
  • Select and grind coffee 
  • Replenishing & rotating of stock 
  • Undertaking general waiting duties for both food and/or beverage 
  • Clean and maintain service area, coffee-making area and espresso machine

What you’ll need to succeed:       

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience and passionate about coffee 
  • Recent experience working in a high volume cafe   
  • Strong communicator and team player   
  • People orientated with excellent customer service skills
