The Role 

As a Land Acquisitions Manager, you will work in a team of three alongside the Strategic Land Acquisitions Manager and other Land Acquisitions Manager to assist with the identification of suitable sites for EV charging networks across Australia. 

Day to day duties will involve:

  • Identifying suitable land and ownership and cold calling owners
  • Feasibility and due diligence
  • Negotiating property contracts and commercial agreements
  • Working alongside the Engineering and Delivery team for design and development management duties

This is a full-time, permanent position paying $130k - $150k + super +  bonus depending on experience. Monthly inter-state travel will be required for site visits and negotiations.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a property background in either the telecommunications or renewables sectors to move into the electric vehicle industry and gain experience working in Land Acquisitions working alongside an experienced Acquisitions team.

The Candidate 

The successful candidate will exhibit:

  • Minimum 3 years exp in a property role either in commercial property, renewables or telecommunications
  • Confident to engage with property owners and the ability to negotiate
  • Familiarity with the regions
  • Strong ability to close out commercial negotiations and agreements
  • Experience in Land Acquisitions within telco highly desirable
  • Confident communication and problem solving skills
  • Full Driver's License and own vehicle
