**About the role**

This role will play a significant part in contributing towards some of the largest developments across the state by providing additional places for schools in major growth areas across NSW. You will provide leadership and functional direction to the team accountable for managing SINSW property divestments and acquisitions to ensure transactions maximise state-wide property values and provide future-focused educational infrastructure for NSW Students.

This role will provide advice and actively support the team of property officers. You will develop, implement and continually improve policy and procedures, land management practices & property service frameworks.

**About you**
- Have worked in the property area in a public or private sector organisation previously
- Be familiar with a variety of property acquisition and divestment approaches
- Have the willingness to travel and hold a valid and current Driver’s licence.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in either a property related or project management discipline and/or extensive and relevant knowledge of, and experience in, servicing a large and complex property asset portfolio.
- Current and Valid NSW Driver's Licence and the ability to travel.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
